Finally getting through some of the editing from our road trip across the US. Over 3 weeks we travelled from Chicago to LA via New Orleans on the famous Route 66 - 5438 miles and witnessed some of the most eye opening sights America has to offer. To visit Monument Valley has been a childhood dream. To see it in real life with my own eyes simply blew me away. Never did I think that a bunch of big rocks and baron desert be as beautiful as it was in real life.

After a wild 2 months of travelling through Greece, Italy, France, Portugal and the USA, we are finally back on home soil in Australia, where we have been busy catching up with family and friends. It has certainly been well over due for myself as it's the 1st time back home since we moved to London... needless to say, it's good to be back! Now I have a mega backlog of stuff to blog so here is the start of it...
While living in London, our local coffee house was a buzzing cafe a stones throw from our flat in Putney call 'Artisans'. After tweeting about one of the epic coffees I had one morning, I had a reply from the owners, Magda + Edwin, and an enquiry for their wedding. Thank you Twitter!
After meeting up with them to talk and get to know each other, I couldn't help but feel inspired by their journey and knew that they were genuine and beautiful people. I felt so totally honoured to shoot this amazing wedding and get to know Edwin+Magda.
I have heard that there are 3 things you will leave the wedding talking about whether it's good or bad...
1. Food
2. Speeches
3. Music
All 3 aspects of this wedding were nailed, with a Hog Roast, hilarious but heart felt speeches, and one of the most smoking covers band I have heard in a long time, called 'Sewage Jam'... gold!

Andre+Ilze - A walk in the park...
It's been far too long since I blogged anything, so I felt it's time I did something about it. I've got some weddings and lifestyle stuff to show you but for now we'll start with these guys...
I teed up with Andre+Ilze a few weeks back for a casual portrait sesh and it turned out to be amazing... the light was epic, location was perfect and the couple were the cherry on top.

Next week my folks arrive and we are off to Greece > Italy > Croatia for 3 weeks and then wifey and I head to France > Portugal > London. We are in London for 4 days then bust a move to NY to catch up with friends for a week then hire a car to travel Route 66 over 3 weeks. Needless to say it's going to be pretty epic! I'm looking forward to sharing the journey with ya'll when I get through all the images. ..
